About health-data hosting — this site is a purely informational showcase and does not collect any health data directly. Appointments are booked via Doctolib (an independent third party), itself certified as a health-data host (HDS) under article L.1111-8 of the Public Health Code. Patient medical records are kept on the practice's medical information system, hosted by an HDS-certified provider distinct from Cloudflare.

3. Intellectual property

All editorial and technical content of the site (text, structure, graphic design, illustrations, icons, source code) is the exclusive property of SEO LOCAL and is protected by French and international intellectual-property law.

Brand elements (the “IMPACT Cardiovasculaire” name and logo) and photographs of the practice and practitioners remain the property of IMPACT Cardiovasculaire and the practitioners, used here with their permission.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from the rights holders. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

4. Ethical compliance

This site is strictly informational. In accordance with the Code of Medical Ethics (article R.4127-19-1 of the Public Health Code):

• Health data: medical history, treatments, test results, reports, respiratory-polygraphy and oximetry recordings.

5.3 — Purposes

• provide medical care, diagnosis and patient follow-up;
• manage appointments, billing and relations with health insurers;
• enable coordination with other healthcare professionals;
• meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

5.4 — Legal bases

• Public-interest mission and legal obligation in healthcare (article 9.2.h and 9.2.i GDPR);
• Consent for certain specific processing;
• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures for booking.

5.5 — Recipients

• the centre's medical team, bound by medical confidentiality (article L.1110-4 PHC);
• administrative staff, bound by confidentiality;
• health-insurance bodies;

5.6 — Retention period

Medical data is kept for 20 years from the last consultation (article R.1112-7 PHC; equivalent period recommended in private practice). In the event of death, the record is kept for 10 years. Administrative data follows applicable legal periods (notably 10 years for accounting documents).

5.7 — Your rights

• Right of access, rectification and erasure (within legal retention limits);
• Right to restriction, portability and objection on legitimate grounds;
• Right to set directives regarding your data after death.
